Ski & Snowboard Groups
Skiing and snowboarding can be a great adventure for any size group. Bring your group of friends, family, schoolmates, youth group, or co-workers together and come experience all Hidden Valley has to offer. We offer special group rates that are versatile, easy to organize and offer activities for everyone.
Tubing Groups
Tubing is a great way to introduce your group to Snow Sports. We offer special group rates that are versatile, easy to organize and offer activities for everyone.
*REMINDER: Lift tickets will be limited every day, across every resort, during the 2024/25 season to preserve the guest experience at each resort. All Group Outings are subject to lift ticket availability.
Hours and Dates
- In order to preserve the quality of your booking, we recommend choosing an outing date in January or February
- Group Outings must occur within our Hours of Operations.
We are not able to facilitate Group Outings on the following Peak Restricted Dates:
- December 26th – December 31st
- January 18th – January 19th
- February 15th – February 16th

Minimum Requirements
- Group Rates are available for 25 or more paid participants
- Group Reservations must be made at least 5 DAYS in advance through our Group Sales Team to qualify for support.
- Ski and Ride Lessons are subject to availability and MUST be pre-scheduled to receive a group discount. (Lessons offered for Ages 7+)
- Group inquiries should be submitted through the form linked below.

Pricing, Billing & Taxes
- If seeking Tax-Exempt status, you will be required to present proof of tax-exemption at least 7 days prior to your groups arrival.
- Tax adjustments are NOT offered on all programs or product types, and are issued at the SOLE DISCRETION of Hidden Valley.
- Method of payment will be determined by the products chosen.
- Hidden Valley reserves the right to require deposits on products at their sole discretion.

SLOPE DAYS AFTER SCHOOL SKI SCHOOL , opens in a new window
Bring your school or youth group to the mountain to learn to ski and ride or enhance their skills! Slopes Days is a multi-week all-inclusive program that includes a group lesson, lift access, and rental equipment with each visit. At a value up to 60% off, Slope Days is a healthy option for kids to interact with each other, build comradery, remain active, and participate in a program that will be the highlight of their week, every week.
This program runs on the support and hard work from advisors like you! In recognition of advisors for registering your students and based on your feedback, advisors will receive NEW & IMPROVED ADVISOR PERKS!

Hidden Valley is proud to announce the return of scouting programs for the 24/25 season. These programs will be offered on select dates this season.
Through partnerships with local councils, we’re able to help support scouts as they embark towards completion of their badges and journeys.
This pilot program will be offered to a limited number of participants this season.
We recommend that advisors connect with our council partners as soon as possible to secure a space for your members. Details can be found below.
